I'm not sure how it's all set up for this game, but the Devs releasing the tools to make our own map and hosting a contest to have it officially included into the roster would be fun and offload a *teeny* bit of work.

After my years of playing Counter-strike way back when it was always something to look forward to, discovering new user created maps that were fun and interesting to play.

The Devs are still looking into the legal stuff for player created content.

Edited for spelling.

Yep. There would need to be some very well worded contracts there. Also, they would also have to be absolutely sure any assets used in the maps weren't ripped from other games.

It would be great if they implemented something like this. It would probably give them more time to iron out patches to make sure they aren't buggy.

Yeah, it probably would, but I daresay they would have to keep making their own maps, otherwise people would start complaining that they were doing PGI's work for them. Especially people on these forums!

Community maps might be a bigger QA headache than they are worth. If its in the game, people will complain about it. Esp, if its buggy. People will blame pgi for its bugginess whether or not its their fault.
